This Privacy Policy describes how LOL Holdings LLC, doing business as Lift Off Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal content management application (the “Service”), available at lolteam.co.
The Service is an internal business tool used by Lift Off Labs employees and authorized personnel to manage YouTube content on behalf of our clients. It is not a consumer-facing product, and the general public does not have access to it.
When you sign in to the Service using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. Access is restricted to authorized email domains associated with Lift Off Labs.
With your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth consent process, we access YouTube data associated with channels you manage, including:
We request only the minimum scopes necessary for the Service to function, and we never request access to data unrelated to YouTube channel management.
We maintain records related to our content management workflow, including client information, posting schedules, and content status, entered directly by our team.
We use the information described above solely to:
Data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication and role-based access controls. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely; they are never exposed to client-side code or unauthorized parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not share YouTube data with any party outside of Lift Off Labs, except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., our cloud infrastructure providers, who are contractually bound to protect this data).
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill our business obligations to clients. YouTube OAuth authorization can be revoked at any time by the account holder through their Google Account settings, at which point we will no longer have access to that data.
If you have authorized YouTube access to our Service and wish to revoke that access, you may do so at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also contact us directly using the information below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
